He has a validated history of working in both the IT and Customer Service industries. Currently, he is working as a Security & Compliance Analyst at Kigen. Matthew has worked as a Support Engineer at Arm, where he was a member of the support team providing 24/7 1st/2nd line support for several IoT, PaaS and CaaS customers. He has experience in supporting the product stack on Linux-based nodes with Docker Swarm configurations for both standalone instances and multitenant environments. He has worked with customer onboarding teams to provide advice, support, and resolution for all Kigen RSP (remote Sim Provisioning) and OTA (Over the Air) issues from Arm’s supported IoTP (Internet of Things Platform). Matthew has also worked with platform engineers to make the product easier to test, deploy, and be more robust. He has worked with various technologies such as Linux CLI, vSphere, Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, and MongoDB Databases. He has also deployed and configured Virtual Machines on Windows Servers using VMware and vSphere. Matthew has created and enforced various security policies and managed the lifecycle of both internal and external tickets on Jira. He has also collaborated on team calls using G-mail and Slack. Matthew’s technical skills include MongoDB, test, Docker, Ansible, and Jenkins.
