Matthew Greenfield is an experienced software engineer with a broad skill set in the software engineering space. He has been coding professionally for 10 years and has a relevant experience of 12.20 years. He considers himself an intermediate Ruby on Rails (RoR) engineer and can build excellent applications from the ground up with it. Matthew has a stronger understanding of HTML, CSS, and general front-end development than the average engineer. He is constantly reading and listening to podcasts about new technologies to keep up with all the amazing tools coming out. Matthew is up to date on most of today's "industry standards" and tries to maintain that. Currently, Matthew works as a Software Engineer at Medely. Before that, he worked as a Staff Software Engineer at Teladoc Health and a Software Developer at Yardi. At Yardi, he maintained and developed Java back-end services and iOS front-end application and GUI. He managed selenium and KIF automatic testing and Jenkins environment. Matthew completed his Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from the University of California in 2013. He is proficient in various technologies such as Javascript, Ruby, Frontend, Senior Software Engineer, NodeJS, ReactJS, MySQL, AWS, Selenium, test, MongoDB, iOS, Integration, Mobile, and Backend. Though Matthew is not actively looking for employment right now, he loves his job and coworkers at Medely. However, he is always willing to chat over LinkedIn, email, or phone about technology, technical services, and his career. His passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies makes him a valuable asset to any team.
