Matthew Jaikaran is a Full Stack Engineer with over 4.5 years of experience in developing web and mobile applications. He is currently working at Icon Technology Studio, where he is responsible for implementing new features on an in-vehicle dashboard application for General Motors using Vue and Laravel. He has also developed a NextJS SSR/SSG front end with headless WordPress/GraphQL CMS for a health data management platform. Prior to his current role, Matthew worked as a Software Engineer at KettleSpace, where he contributed towards the development of the KettleOS platform for web and mobile using NodeJS, React, React Native, MongoDB, Tao.js, NX Monorepo, Storybook, Ant Design, Grommet, and Styled Components. He has also worked as a Web Engineer at Consumer Edge, where he built and maintained multiple internal/client facing applications using React, NextJS, and Redux. He led the development of a cross-browser extension with React/TypeScript and NodeJS and provided support for offshore development agencies. Matthew holds a degree in Web Development from General Assembly and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing and Music Business from Belmont University. He is proficient in NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, MongoDB, Frontend, Web, Software Engineer, React Native, Mobile, Redux, Flask, and Postgres.
