Matti Pandey is a seasoned IT professional with over 26 years of experience in the industry. He has worked in various roles, from developer to management, and has led teams in multinational organizations across different industries such as agriculture, banking, manufacturing, education, and energy. Matti has also worked with multicultural teams from various nationalities in different parts of the world, including the US, South America, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions. In his most recent role as the Deputy Chief Technology Officer at Agri10x, a young startup focused on improving the well-being of farmers through an eMarketplace platform, Matti has been responsible for augmenting the platform with innovative, scalable, and cost-effective solutions. He has also set up and grown the team to meet the organization's objectives, enabled and transformed the on-premise system to a cloud-based system, and introduced methodologies to assist in iterative development and outcome-based results. Prior to joining Agri10x, Matti worked at Teradata, where he set up and managed the offshore and near-shore centers in India and the US, providing data warehousing and analytics solutions for multiple customers across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions. He was instrumental in maintaining an open-door policy and creating a healthy work environment, and managed a constantly growing P&L up to $20 million as a cost center. Matti also played a key role in achieving ISO 27001:2013 certification and setting up a development team for migrations from enterprise solutions to cloud and build tools to be absorbed into the product line. Apart from work, Matti has a passion for travelling to far-off locations up in the mountains or the sea shores for a breath of fresh air and tranquil experiences. He is also following his dream of setting up a small hideout on the edges of the backwaters of a reservoir at a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful location. Matti holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai, with a focus on economics and accounts. He is a dynamic leader with a proven track record of delivering results, and is committed to making a positive impact on society through his work.
