Mauly Khera is an accomplished retail professional with over 10 years of experience in the fashion industry. Currently, she serves as the Head of Fashion, UAE Retail & Marketplace at Souq.com, where she leads the retail planning and buying team in the UAE. Mauly is responsible for driving supplier relations both locally and internationally and spearheading new international brand launches and initiatives that ensure business development. Mauly has a proven track record of optimizing order-to-live timelines on websites by collaborating with stakeholders across procurement, logistics, finance, production, and more. She is also tasked with driving strategy to achieve targets and ensuring a smooth transition to a marketplace-heavy model. Before joining Souq.com, Mauly was the Regional (MENA) Head of Fashion - Marketplace at the same company. Prior to that, she served as a Category Manager at Snapdeal, where she was the key decision-maker and held P&L responsibility for the women's clothing category. During her tenure, she won two consecutive Alchemist Awards for spearheading the category with monthly sales over $10 million while achieving a 600% CAGR across 4000+ brands and online labels. Mauly holds two Master of Business Administration degrees, with dual majors in Finance & Marketing from IESE Business School - University of Navarra and the Indian School of Business. She also has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
