Max Vershinin is an inspired software engineer with a passion for quality and best practices. He is currently working as a Software Engineer at Chewy, where he is responsible for Microservices development for E-commerce, deploying serverless applications to AWS and GCP, developing in Kubernetes, and creating web services in Java with Spring Boot. Max also develops asynchronous reactive API services and writes unit, integration, and end-to-end automated tests. He configures continuous integration and continuous deployment and packages resources into Docker images. Additionally, Max develops Infrastructure as a Code in Terraform for AWS environments. Before joining Chewy, Max worked as a Software Developer in Test at InComm, where he worked alongside team members to develop and maintain quality strategies, methodologies, and validation methods within a multi-tiered environment. He also created automation tests for web-based applications using Selenium, API layers using Ready API, and DB layers using Ready API and MS SQL Server. Max maintained automation test projects in TFS, created and executed manual test cases, and monitored results against technical specifications. Max also worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at All-In Interactive, where he created testing environments and automation frameworks, performed end-to-end and regression testing of software releases, and wrote functional test plans, test cases, and other testing documentation. He documented identified issues and engaged with developers in their resolution and worked with cross-functional groups to ensure requirements were met. Max holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from South Ural State University (SUSU) and has completed several courses, including Software Development in Blockchain, Angular Software Development, .NET Software Development, API Automation Testing, Appium Mobile Automation, and Selenium Automation. He has also completed the CS50 Class from Harvard University.
