Maxim Tereschenko is an experienced IT professional with a focus on startups, product management, data analytics, and digital marketing. With a diverse background in product management, consulting, corporate market, outsourcing, and startups, he is now completely oriented towards the data-driven product industry. Maxim is a certified product owner, public speaker, and product evangelist who truly believes in a data-driven world. Currently, Maxim is working as a Product Manager at RetargetApp, where he is responsible for the overall product management, analyzing customer issues and requests, identifying and documenting user stories and test cases, and working with developers and UX designers on the implementation of functionality. He manages a distributed team of fifteen people and actively participates in the Scrum Agile methodology implementation and improvements. Maxim also communicates with management, product, design team, and software developers on a daily basis to follow product strategy and conducts customer on-sites and interviews. Previously, Maxim worked as a Product Manager at Conductor, Inc., where he participated in the elaboration of new features with a focus on the Data Insights area, identified product usability gaps from a business point of view, and conducted product analytics using Heap, Pendo, etc. He also worked as a BI/BigData Practice Lead at Provectus, where he supported the pre-sales process, conducted technical investigations/evaluation of Analytics/BigData Startups, and provided Data/Product Management Consultancy. Maxim is a graduate of Gymnasia №178, where he studied Economics. His relevant experience in the industry is 21.46 years, and his tech stack includes product management and test. Maxim is an excellent team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for data-driven products.
