Maya Iyer is an experienced product lead with over 18 years of relevant experience in the field. Currently working as the Director of Product Management at rodan + fields, Maya is responsible for leading the company's product efforts in DTC and global eCommerce. Prior to her current role, Maya served as the Senior Product Manager for global eCommerce at rodan + fields, where she led the product development for the company's eCommerce site and customer support platform. She co-led a multi-year digital transformation effort across the enterprise, involving over 100 team members, and successfully relaunched the US commerce site. Additionally, Maya led the build-out of the annual customer convention, which saw over 50,000 attendees and included a custom-built point of sale. Before joining rodan + fields, Maya worked at Levi Strauss & Co. as the Senior Product Manager for global eCommerce. In this role, she laid the foundation for an Omnichannel product roadmap, launching order management and customer service products, a customer support platform, and online returns for customers. Maya holds a B.Tech in Computer Engineering from Mar Athanasius College of Engineering (MACE) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE). Her tech stack includes product management, and she has a proven track record of successfully leading and launching products in the eCommerce space.
