Mayank Agarwal is a seasoned product leader with over 20 years of experience in building and inspiring global teams, creating high-value enterprise software products, and transforming organizations to deliver business results. He is currently the Vice President and Engineering Leader at Archer, where he is also the India Site Lead at RSA Security. Mayank has demonstrated success in product strategy definition and execution, engineering process transformation, program execution and metrics, customer success programs, and managing large-sized diverse organizations. He has a deep understanding of the tech industry and is proficient in DevOps. As the Vice President and General Manager at RSA Security, Mayank is responsible for building and leading the RSA India Center of Excellence, owning and delivering next-gen features and customer experience for the Archer Product Engineering, and building sustainable products, engineering, DevOps, HR, and finance functions in India. Prior to his current role, Mayank was the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Archer Integrated Risk Management, where he was the site head for RSA Products Team of 400+ strength in Bangalore and the engineering leader for RSA's flagship enterprise Risk Management product RSA Archer. He has also worked at EMC as a Senior Manager of Software Engineering, where he conceptualized and led key programs for multiple products building new features based on the latest design and architecture. Mayank holds a GMITE degree in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, an M.Tech degree in Information Technology from the Indian Institute of Information Technology, and a B.Tech degree in Instrumentation from Kurukshetra University.
