- Performed CFD analysis on the eBAJA ATV Chassis using ANSYS Fluent, optimizing airflow and minimizing drag over the Chassis, under normal conditions
- Conducted Thermal analysis on Chassis using ANSYS Thermal assessing heat distribution from the battery and also on the Brake Components to ensure effective heat dissipation to maintain optimal operating temperatures.
- Executed Fatigue Analysis on critical points of the Chassis, evaluating durability and enhancing performance under cyclic loading conditions using ANSYS Mechanical.
- Conducted Topology Optimization on the Knuckle, enhancing its strength-to-weight ratio and improving structural efficiency under load conditions using ANSYS Structural.
- Executed Explicit Dynamics Analysis on the eBAJA ATV Chassis with ANSYS LS-DYNA, evaluating crashworthiness and structural integrity under impact conditions to ensure safety and durability.
