Mayank Garg is a competent Lead Engineer at Polycom with over 7.5 years of experience in Test Automation framework development and Software Tools development. He is proficient in various technologies such as Python, Java, Perl, MySQL, Jenkins, Selenium, Linux, Web Automation, Appium Automation, SVN, and GIT. Mayank has led and mentored a team of 6 members with an efficient and motivated environment. He has trained over 100 testing and development engineers for significant increase in Automated Scripts development. He has collaborated with development leads and defined best practices for automated functional and unit testing, significantly reducing the build breakages using Web-based Automation tool.
