Mayank Garg is a highly experienced and skilled Senior Software Engineer at Google, with a passion for solving complex and challenging problems. He holds an MS and Ph.D. in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering respectively from Penn State University, as well as a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur. With over 9 years of relevant experience, Mayank has worked on a variety of projects in different industries. He has a strong background in software development, microservices, and integration, having worked as a Software Developer at OSIsoft. During his time there, he developed new features for OSIsoft Cloud Services, including the Sequential Data Storage Services implemented using Azure microservice framework. He also worked on the Analysis service, a framework for running high throughput calculations on real-time streaming time series data. Mayank has also gained extensive experience in research, specifically in applied machine learning. As a Graduate Research Assistant at Penn State University, he worked on several projects, including machine learning models for battery state estimation and anomaly detection, classification of poker hand data set, and emulated memory management unit (MMU) in RAM with TLB, Page Table, and Page Fault Handling.
