Mayank Garg is a seasoned Product Leader with over 8 years of experience in building data-driven products and taking them from ideation to customers. He is currently working as an independent consultant, helping global companies build great products in their early to growth journey. Mayank has worked with several renowned companies like CaaStle (formerly Gwynniebee), Porter, and Intel Labs. At CaaStle, he was responsible for leading efforts in dynamic pricing, personalization, recommendation systems for premium users, acquisition, retention, and product discovery. He also built a recommendation engine for new users, which significantly increased cross-selling and upselling for old customers. At National Instruments, Mayank worked on the development and testing of algorithms for different RF standards. He also developed a measurement API for NI-RFmx. During his tenure at Intel Labs, Mayank worked as a research intern on the conception to production of wearable computing products using compression sensing, which led to improved performance of IoT devices manyfold. Mayank's key strengths include being well-versed with product thinking, development, SDLC, and user experience improvement. He also has expertise in design thinking, development, debugging, and testing. Mayank has strong problem-solving and analytical skills and is proactive and enthusiastic about taking on exciting challenges. Mayank's educational background includes a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) from BITS, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from Jaipur Engineering College. He has also completed a cross-campus certification course from the University of Southern California.
