Currently, he is working at Amazon as a Technology & Leadership professional, leading teams to enhance the informational quality of the worldwide Amazon catalog. Mayank has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Material Science and Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, where he worked on several projects related to computer vision. He also has an entrepreneurial background and has ventured into the education and e-learning market. Mayank has a diverse work experience, having worked in both consumer and enterprise worlds. He has created and nurtured engineering teams and leaders who can deliver products with a product-oriented mindset. He has also worked at Infoworks, where he was the Engineering Director and created a hybrid cloud-based Data Engineering enterprise product from scratch. At Zynga, Mayank worked as an Architect & CTO for FarmVille 2 and managed multiple engineering teams. He also implemented code and performance optimizations and designed, implemented, and launched distributed systems, including a massive messaging system.
