Mayank Manjeara is an innovative and motivated individual with a passion for finding practical solutions to complex problems. He is a recent graduate of IIT Kharagpur where he earned a B.Tech in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering. He is currently working as a Management Trainee at ICICI Bank's Innovation Lab, where he is utilizing his skills and knowledge to drive change and improve the bank's operations. Mayank has a diverse range of experience, including a role as a Software Development Engineer at Zendrive, where he developed an algorithm for compressing bus route points using the Haversine formula and binary classification. He also created tools for validating the algorithm through visual validation. Additionally, he served as an Advisor for the Sports and Games Committee at Technology Students' Gymkhana, IIT Kharagpur, where he facilitated the transition to a digital platform during the pandemic. In his spare time, Mayank is an avid football fan and enjoys traveling. He is a General Secretary of Sports & Games for the academic year 2019-20. He is well-versed in software engineering and has experience working with various technologies. With 1.43 years of relevant experience, Mayank has demonstrated his ability to adapt and excel in various roles. He is a dynamic and driven individual who is always looking for new opportunities to effectuate change.
