Mayank Patel is an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer at Amadeus Software Labs India Pvt. Ltd. with over 5 years of relevant experience. He has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from BMS Institute of Technology and Management, and also holds a Science - PCME (Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Electronics) degree from Carmel PU College and completed his high school education from Carmel High School. Mayank has several years of experience in UI Automation Testing using Selenium and Cucumber Serenity. He is also experienced in web services testing using Soap UI and Database testing using SQL and tools like iCEDQ. As a part of the QA team, he is responsible for creating and maintaining test suites for multiple applications, making sure all stories are SOC1 compliant, following and implementing agile methodologies using Jira, creating and maintaining automation test scripts using BitBucket, and aiding continuous integration using Jenkins. In his previous role at Fidelity, Mayank worked with the Digital Assets team and implemented database testing using iCEDQ. He was also responsible for understanding the business and testing the UI and database elements, automating existing manual UI test cases to build an automated regression suite, aiding the implementation of CI/CD using Jenkins jobs for smoke and regression testing, and maintaining test cases, sets, and plans using Xray Test Management app for Jira.
