Mayank Sethi is a seasoned Quality Assurance leader with over 13 years of experience in testing, automation, performance engineering, and managing QA delivery of large-scale products. As the Head of QA, Automation & Performance Engineering at Jio, he is responsible for leading the QA efforts for JioMeet, Jio Engage, Jio Events, Jio Subscription Engine, and Jio Coupon. Mayank has extensive experience in building high-performing, multi-disciplinary, and cross-functional teams. He is a specialist in designing and implementing automation solutions for front-end and back-end, and has excelled in providing leadership by helping in planning, reviewing, and tracking delivery. As the head of QA Center of Excellence (COE) at DLT Labs, Mayank not only manages end-to-end testing delivery and enhances automation coverage, but also prepares and enforces best practices, quality guidelines, and standards throughout the company when products are being developed and tested. He has experience in designing and implementing QA processes in multiple organizations from scratch like QA Process Guidelines, QA Audits, etc. Mayank is proficient in performance testing using Jmeter and API automation using JavaScript and Postman. He has expertise in UI automation using Selenium-Web driver and Java, and in-depth knowledge of Restful API testing and automation. He is also skilled in software testing life cycle including test strategy preparation, test plan development, test case creation, test execution, and bug tracking while being conversant with QUALITY procedures. With hands-on experience in Nodejs, Restful services, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing, Mayank has good experience in Chat Bot development with Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing enabled. He has expertise in Web, Native(mac & Windows), Mobile(iPhone & Android), and Back-end testing. Mayank holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University and Motivational Pathway. He also attended GPM. His tech stack includes QA, test, SDET, NLP, ML, Backend, Web, AI, Selenium, Javascript, Mobile, ui, Frontend, NodeJS, Java, and Android.
