He specializes in strategy development, passive sourcing, and pipeline building using various techniques such as internet research, boolean searches, networking, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative search techniques. Mayank is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Tripoto, a consumer internet company building the world's largest community of travelers. He is responsible for hiring top talent for various open positions such as SDE1&2, UX Designer, Android Developer, and VP Engineering. Mayank is passionate about solving problems covering the entire life-cycle of a travel consumer with user-generated content and community being the core of the product. He also worked as a Product Development Specialist at Mount Talent Consulting, a leading executive search firm providing solutions to various IT product-based startups/giants.
