Mayank Shivhare is a Senior Software Engineer with a passion for solving problems, optimizing algorithms, and working on challenging projects. He has a diverse skill set that includes AWS, Flask, Ruby, Python, Microservices, Integration, Redis, MySQL, Kubernetes, Docker, MongoDB, and Postgres. Currently, Mayank is working at Soroco as a Senior Software Engineer. In his previous role at Smartlinks, he designed and built multiple microservices from scratch for tracking vehicles, serving close to 11.5M+ GPS points for 120K+ trips and 200K+ communications per month. He also designed and built a decoupled SaaS product that handled requirements from different logistics customers and worked closely with them. Before that, Mayank worked at 4moles.com as a Software Engineer. There, he designed and built a booking module that allowed users to book their slot on golf courses, as well as an inventory module to create slots for different golf courses and manage members of different golf courses. He also optimized code, reduced unnecessary queries, and added caching for static pages to load fast. Mayank holds a degree in ICT from ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management (IIITM), where he graduated in 2016. With 6.87 years of relevant experience, Mayank is a problem solver who enjoys being challenged and working on projects that require him to work outside his comfort and knowledge set.
