Mayank Vyas is a highly experienced Project Manager with a growth mindset and a passion for helping organizations grow through web and mobile development. With over 14 years of experience managing dynamic and flexible environments, Mayank is well-versed in Agile methodology and has successfully led teams of 15-20 members to deliver projects. Currently working as a Project Manager at Celestial Software Services LLP, Mayank manages a team of 10-15 people and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop software solutions using Agile methodologies. He is responsible for overseeing the design, development, testing, and troubleshooting of applications, as well as preparing wireframes based on product requirements from stakeholders. Mayank facilitates daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective, and provides technical support to business owners during the implementation of new products/services. He is also responsible for interacting with business users for requirement gathering and with stakeholders for functional specification validation, as well as taking part in QA meetings to resolve issues raised by the QA team. Prior to his current role, Mayank worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Clarion Technologies and iPatientCare. At Clarion Technologies, he interacted with clients for requirement gathering, prepared technical specifications and architecture design documents, and guided the team in resolving technical issues. At iPatientCare, he was involved in the design and development of the application, implemented medical device integration and e-Prescription modules, and was responsible for technical production support. Mayank holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Gujarat University. He has expertise in mobile and web development, as well as experience in test and QA, Spring, software engineering, integration, SQL, dotNET, and ASP.NET.
