Mayur Jain is an experienced Engineering Manager with a hands-on approach to building highly scalable distributed services and products. He has extensive experience in developing and managing microservices that receive millions of requests per minute, and has worked on developing multiple version 1.0 products. His expertise includes JAVA/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, Multi-Threading, Web-services (SOAP, REST), Cloud - AWS, AZURE, Docker Kubernetes, Gitlab, Jenkins, CICD, MySql, Redis, ElasticSearch, GraphDB, Cassandra, and MongoDB. Mayur has also explored machine learning regression, classification, document processing, NLP, and clustering. He has experience with Python, NumPy, Panda, Turi(Dato), Neural Networks (CNN, RNN, LSTM) using Keras on Theano and Tensorflow. Mayur is currently working as an Engineering Manager 3 at Adobe, where he is responsible for managing a team of engineers and developing highly scalable distributed services and products. Prior to this, he worked as an Engineering Manager 2 and Computer Scientist 2 (SDE-4) at Adobe, where he worked on critical features of 1.0 product CF API Manager. He developed features such as Soap-Gateway, SoapToRest Translation API Manager, Spreadsheet and PDF manipulation in ColdFusion Language, Generation of Swagger Document for CF Language Rest Services, and gained knowledge on Redis, ElasticSearch, Highly Scaleable web architecture, clustering. He has also given sessions on API manager to CF user group Minneapolis and given a webinar to the global developer community on advance PDF capabilities using CF and DDX. He presented at CFSummit 2016 on API Management and conducted a hands-on workshop. He is currently working on a brand new Performance Management Tool Suite for CF 2018 and presented on Performance Tool Suite at CFSummit 2017. Some of the interesting features he worked upon are Auto Connector Tuning (Patent Pending feature), Auto Discovery of CF Nodes in the organization or cloud. Mayur holds a Master’s Degree in MS Research in Computer Science and Electrical Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a B.TECH in Computer Science and Engineering from Government College of Engineering and Ceramic Technology.
