Mayuri L is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in building enterprise B2B products and solutions. She has expertise in product/solution engineering, product management, business development/presales, business analytics, application development, and training. Mayuri has worked extensively in the health IT systems domain, with hands-on experience in healthcare workflows and processes for EMR/EHR, HIS, outpatient management, inpatient management (ADT), lab, radiology/PACS, pharmacy/medication administration/drug database, clinical systems, and healthcare data and interoperability standards for connected health (HL7 v2.x, HIPAA, DICOM, CPT, DRG, ICD-x-CM, NDC). She also has an end-to-end understanding of health plan industry process flows, including provider enrollment and management, member (beneficiary) enrollment and management, eligibility determination, claims (professional, institutional, dental) pre-adjudication and adjudication, third party liability, prior authorization, EDI ANSI X12 5010, managed care, program integrity, benefit plan administration, care/case/disease management, fraud, waste & abuse (FWA), claims analytics, and cognitive tools (NLP, bots). Currently, Mayuri is working as a Product Lead at Vitraya Technologies, where she is responsible for feature prioritization and roadmap planning of a Medical Record Digitization Solution that leverages Natural Language Processing (NLP) with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) & Named Entity Recognition (NER) to automate information extraction from clinical documents. She also supports the adoption of agile practices and methods in the solution team as an Agile Coach. In her previous roles as a Product Lead at Cardinality-AI and Senior Product Manager at Cardinality-AI, Mayuri facilitated the design, development, and implementation of the functional requirements of a statewide computerized child support enforcement system meeting federal requirements.
