Mazhar Anwar is a Regional Head of Operation and Maintenance with over 12 years of experience in the field. He has a strong background in engineering services, repair, and maintenance, and has worked with reputed companies such as OYO and Stayvista. Currently, he is working with Stayvista as a Regional Head of Maintenance, where he is responsible for handling end-to-end repair and maintenance of all the hotels and properties. Mazhar's expertise lies in planning preventive maintenance schedules, handling day-to-day maintenance activities, conducting audits of upcoming properties, inspecting utilities/assets, vendor management, fault detection, and rectification. He has experience in handling utilities of (350*3) TR, (1200 *2) TR Water cooled chiller, (56*4 ) TR VRF, individual ACs, 62.5 TO 500 KVA DGs, and lift operation and maintenance, including AMC's, APFC panels, AMF panels, handling HT/LT panels lines defects and maintenance, and MEPC services. He is also proficient in HVAC, asset maintenance, power backups, solar boilers, geysers, boilers, appliances, civil works, and more. Mazhar is an efficient worker who optimizes electricity, fuel, water, R&M costs, and leads independent efficiency projects to bring process improvements. He holds an Advanced Diploma in HVAC & R from ISHRAE, a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Siddaganga Institute of Technology, and completed his 12th from Jamia Millia Islamia in Science. Mazhar's previous experience includes working as a Team Lead at Stayvista and as a Chief Engineer at SS Enterprises, a family start-up that handles end-to-end maintenance and small projects. He is a Senior Software Engineer with a vast tech stack and a proven track record of success in his field.
