Md Sajeeb Rayhan, Ph.D. is a highly skilled Principal Engineer with over 7 years of experience in the research and manufacturing of MEMS and semiconductor devices. He has extensive experience in design, fabrication, and characterization of these devices in clean room facilities. Md Sajeeb Rayhan has worked in both small and large-scale semiconductor manufacturing companies as a Process and Integration Engineer, giving him an end-to-end work experience in the industry. Md Sajeeb Rayhan is proficient in micro-fabrication techniques such as photolithography, thin film deposition, wet and dry etching, annealing, oxidation, metrology, and more. He has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which enable him to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams. He has the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing facility and drive yield improvement and reduction of waste. Md Sajeeb Rayhan is experienced in Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical process control (SPC), which are essential skills in the semiconductor industry. Currently, Md Sajeeb Rayhan is a Visiting Scholar at Arizona State University. In the past, he has worked as a Member of Technical Staff, Process Development at Array Photonics and as a Senior Process Engineer at Finisar Corporation (NASDAQ: FNSR). Md Sajeeb Rayhan has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas, Arlington, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communication Engineering from the Military Institute of Science and Technology. In terms of technical skills, Md Sajeeb Rayhan has expertise in deposition techniques such as thin film deposition, spin coating, sputtering, evaporation, and thermal oxidation. He is also skilled in etching techniques such as wet and dry (plasma) etching and O2 plasma ashing. Additionally, he has experience in annealing, photolithography, and characterization techniques such as probe station, LCR meter, scanning electron microscope (SEM), and atomic force microscopy (AFM).
