Md Abusaleh is an experienced Identity Access and Management Engineer with a strong background in securing identities over internal and external networks. He is skilled in helping organizations go passwordless with multi-factor methods and saving time of employees through SSO using SAML, OAUTH (or OIDC) and works with different application integration to provide SSO such as Office 365, Salesforce, Servicenow or SaaS applications. Currently working as an IAM Engineer at R Systems, Md Abusaleh is responsible for working on SecureAuth Identity Provider and providing access control solutions for on-premises, cloud and web applications. He has extensive experience in working on authentication and authorization protocols like SAML, OAUTH/OIDC, WS-FED, RADIUS with VPNs using APIs and troubleshooting issues related to it. Before joining R Systems, Md Abusaleh worked as a Customer Care Executive at Teleperformance, where he handled customer Internet complaints and email-related concerns, resolving them by asking probing questions to get to the root of the problem to fix it. He also worked as a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive at Baby & Mom Retail Private Limited, where he managed social media marketing, ad campaigns, SEO, content management of the website, and various e-commerce portals like Flipkart, Amazon, Paytm.
