Currently working as Manager of Talent Acquisition at PayU, Md Amim is responsible for engaging, attracting, and hiring top tech talent for PayU Payments and WIBMO. He is building teams for the next generation payments and fraud management platform. Prior to his current role, Md Amim worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Sumo Logic, where he was responsible for expanding the back-end engineering work of Sumo Logic in India, which involved work on search, analytics, and infrastructure. He was also a Global Tech Recruiter at OLX, where he was responsible for engineering, product, design, and data science hiring for OLX Tech Group. Md Amim's specialties include end-to-end recruitment, hiring drives, technology hiring, start-up expertise (setting R&D Center/Offshore Development Center from scratch), networking, headhunting, and employer branding. Md Amim holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology, a B.Tech degree in IT from Motivational Pathway, a Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University, and a Metriculation (10TH) degree from Inter High School Kishanganj.
