Medha Behera is a Learning Design Manager with over 16 years of experience in the field of learning consulting, design, development, and delivery. She is currently working as a Manager - Instructional Design at aptara, where she is responsible for engagement management, account-based sales, mentoring, team management, and recruitment. Her focus areas at aptara include healthcare and insurance training, digital learning, video-based learning, microlearning, and engagement management. Medha has also gained onsite experience in the USA. Prior to aptara, Medha worked at hurixdigital for several years, where she held the positions of Senior Manager - Learning Design and Manager - Learning Design. During her time at hurixdigital, she was responsible for client engagement, learning strategy design, solutions, learner experience design, team management, ID team mentoring, design mentoring, resourcing, project efforts, and estimations. Her focus areas at hurixdigital included learning consulting, digital learning, classroom training, design thinking, microlearning, and gamification. Medha holds an MBA degree in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. She also holds a Std XII degree in Science from Khallikote College, Berhampur, and a Std X degree in English, Science, Maths, and Social Sciences from St. Vincent's Convent School.
