Currently, she is a Senior Manager of Customer Success at WeWork, where she empowers tomorrow's world at work by connecting real estate portfolios with 500+ WeWork locations through proprietary integration with WeWork's access systems. Prior to joining WeWork, Medha worked at TripAdvisor as a Senior Business Development Manager, where she led marketing solutions for hoteliers in APAC and Oceania. She helped hoteliers succeed with better digital marketing decisions, improved overall efficiency, and impacted day-to-day revenue and marketing strategies at hotels. Medha partnered with cross-functional teams like Marketing and Customer Success to achieve the company's goal and educate hoteliers on how to beat competition and uncertainties using superior data via large-scale webinars. She also generated new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline for TripAdvisor's products across Enterprise and SMB Accounts.
