Meena S. is a highly experienced and accomplished Cofounder, Chief Thinker, and Technical Strategist with over 14 years of experience in the technology industry. She has built, led, and managed technical teams with a focus on innovation and vision, creating business value for organizations. Meena has helped businesses and startups launch their products from ideation to funding stage, and has also assisted organizations in modernizing legacy applications in a cost-efficient manner. Meena is a skilled designer of complex user engagement and experience strategies for products, and has led R&D POC projects for face recognition in AR, voice banking, and machine learning. She has a passion for solving problems related to business, processes, and people, and has a knack for finding hidden gems. Currently, Meena is the Co-Founder, CTO, and Technical Strategist at iview labs, where she designs and leads the strategy for the company to achieve its vision. She leads the engineering and HR teams to align with business goals and vision, and has implemented digitization for the company's processes to bring automation. Meena also runs experimental projects within the company to be future-forward and has helped founders in ideation to bring clarity to their product and design product strategy and roadmaps. She has also worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at BenQ India Pvt Ltd. Meena holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Jai Hind College and completed her Junior College education in Science from Mithibai College. She also attended PBHS. Meena is skilled in senior software engineering, testing, ML, big data, and integration.
