Meenakshi Chawla is an accomplished Telecom professional and Founder/CEO of Venency Global Technologies Private Limited. With over 8 years of experience, she possesses deep domain expertise in multiple domains of mobile communication such as BSS, RAN, Transmission, Core IMS Part, and has good hands-on experience in telecom domains with respect to 2G and 3G for Huawei equipment's including OSS, BSC, RNC, Node B. Meenakshi is a skilled trainer and has conducted 2G, 3G, and LTE technology training for Huawei. She has developed content for Instructor-Led and Computer-Based Trainings and has strong knowledge of 2G/3G/4G layer 3 protocols and 4G features like CSFB/VOLTE/IMS. She has excellent interpersonal and management skills to communicate plans and objectives at the board level. Meenakshi has trained freshers on IP networking and provided technical support and training in the wireless domain for 3G/2G (RNC/BSC). As the in-charge of staff training management for the entire India staff with Huawei, Meenakshi has been an active PM for the "Competency Improvement Project" for the entire India staff with Huawei. She has been instrumental in making training plans and processes for execution along with committee members and seamless execution along with a tracking mechanism (Calendar management, etc.). She has also handled the execution of Huawei certification along with partners and management for seamless delivery, conducting exams, etc. Meenakshi has served as the Director of Wane Technologies Private Limited, where she provided annual large-scale training events aimed at a wide variety of executive target markets. She has also served as the Head of Training and Development for an Australian company. Meenakshi holds a Master of Technology (MTech) in Telecommunications Engineering from Noida Institute of Engineering & Technology (NIET) and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from MDU University, Rohtak.
