Meenakshi Mahajan is a passionate Teaching Fellow at Teach For India with a demonstrated history of working in the education sector. She is skilled in conducting lessons that focus more on "Learning by doing" and follows a constructivist approach. Meenakshi is feverish towards creating inclusive, joyful, outcome-centric, and fun classroom lesson plans, building strategies, and executing skill-based projects for upskilling learners. Currently, Meenakshi is working as a Grade 6 Teacher at evidyaloka trust. She is responsible for developing the curriculum, performing communication and outreach, and strengthening facilitation skills with various projects in a blended format. Meenakshi has also worked as a Mentor at edumentor, where she mentored secondary grade teachers for English under Mentor Mentee (Teacher Training and Development Program). She worked on enhancing their skills for effective planning and classroom culture along with high engagement. Meenakshi has also worked as an English Teacher at Amity International School, where she was responsible for Teacher Trainee for classes 1st to 8th for English as a core subject. She has experience managing and collaborating with 11 Teacher Trainees as a Teacher Coordinator. Meenakshi has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Delhi University, a Bachelor of Education degree from Amity University, and a Master of Arts degree from IGNOU. She has also completed a course from Instituto Cervantes. With 0.43 years of relevant experience, Meenakshi is a dedicated and skilled educator who is passionate about creating a positive impact on her students' lives.
