Meenal Pangarkar is an experienced software development professional with nearly two decades of experience, with over ten years in UI Engineering technologies like HTML5/CSS3, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, and OOJS. She has worked on several projects involving end-to-end software development encompassing business need analysis, design, software development, planning, and customer interactions. Meenal has also successfully managed projects in the capacity of a Technical Manager overseeing teams of more than 20 developers across various roles and tiers of development. Meenal possesses excellent written, spoken, and listening skills and is not afraid to take up challenging projects. Her strength lies in her ability to solve complex problems and work with teams to get the job done well. Since 2016, she has been working as an independent consultant assisting organizations in the design and implementation of complex and multi-tiered responsive web design applications using device-agnostic software technologies. Meenal has worked with Indecomm Global Services as an Independent Web Application Development Specialist and a Sr. Technical Manager. In both roles, she was part of the customer’s extended development teams in Phoenix, AZ and Dublin, Ireland, respectively. She was required to work with the customer’s project teams, take requirements, submit estimation, and deliver sprints based on agreed timelines. Some of their projects were in collaboration with other companies where they were required to integrate their codebase into their platforms for test teams to start testing. Meenal has a Master's degree in Computer Management from MIT School of Management, Pune, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Ramnarain Ruia College. Her technical expertise includes UI, Software Engineering, Web Development, Testing, JavaScript, Frontend, AngularJS, TypeScript, Integration, Senior Software Engineering, PHP, and Backend.
