Meet Bhavsar is an Oracle Cloud HCM Senior Functional Consultant at Certus APAC, with over 9 years of experience in solution designing, delivery, pre-sales, and implementation for multiple projects globally. He is an Oracle Global Human Resources, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist. He has primarily worked in the UK, EMEA, and APAC as part of his experience. Meet is a city dweller who loves to travel and try out different kinds of cuisines and find new adventures on the way. He has found out that nothing satisfies him more than meeting and knowing new people, developing new relationships, solving problems, and contributing to the overall growth of a business. As a consultant, Meet likes to listen to his customer's problems rather than jumping to conclusions and giving wayward solutions. Whether it’s finding out a solution inside the box or outside, he has been able to quickly uncover a customer's pain point and identify a strategic solution that helps the business. With his refined skill set, he brings customer-centric mindfulness that enables his customers to realize return on investments made on an HCM product. Meet's intellectual curiosity also drives him to be a lifelong learner. He is currently learning how artificial intelligence can be used along with HCM products to bridge the gap between people and technology. For his current role as a Senior Functional Consultant at Certus APAC, Meet has been actively involved in delivery, solution designing, and on-site implementation for different projects in Oracle Cloud HCM across different sectors like local governments, public sector, manpower industry, conglomerates, etc. in APAC. Meet holds a postgraduate degree in Master of Science (Information Technology) from Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology (DA-IICT). He also has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from The Maharaja Sayajirao University. Meet completed his schooling from Baroda High School, where he received his G.S.H.S.E.B and G.S.E.B. certifications.
