Meet Shah is a versatile Product Designer and UX Researcher with over 5 years of experience designing and developing end-to-end digital experiences for users and businesses around the world. He specializes in domains such as Fintech, Enterprise/B2B SaaS, HRTech, AdTech, and DevTech. Meet provides UX-related services across multiple domains to start-ups and companies. He has a background in Computer Science and development experience, which helps him understand technology better and craft delightful yet meaningful digital experiences. Meet's passion for marketing, data, startups, and business analysis makes him an ideal candidate who can Research+Design and have knowledge of Tech+Business. He is currently working as a Senior Product Designer & UX Researcher at Joveo. In his previous role at Winjit Technologies, Meet was a part of the team responsible for revamping India's third-largest bank's consumer mobile app. He worked as a UX researcher and designer for this project, interviewing more than fifty people across a wide range of demographics, from internal stakeholders to senior citizens living in some rural regions of India. Meet's responsibilities included performing several UR activities such as contextual inquiry, usability testing, generative interviews, and competitive analysis, as well as simultaneous UX activities such as persona making, flow mapping, wireframing, rapid prototyping, and low-fidelity designing. He also envisioned new or existing features based on the business goals, managed and trained the team of designers to help them create scientific designs, and kept research-backed product decisions at the core of this holistic exercise. Meet holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from GTU and completed his Higher Secondary education from Sarvajanik High School in India. He is skilled in Designer, Product Designer, Research Scientist, and Mobile technologies. Meet is a passionate individual who is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow.
