Meetal Manke is a highly motivated and skilled AI-based product designer and incoming Software Engineer at Rakuten Mobile, Inc. A graduate of Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, Meetal is passionate about applying ML and AI architectures to real-world problems. With a relevant experience of 0.95 years, Meetal has worked as a research associate with various universities and professors across the globe. As a head AI-product manager and ML engineer, Meetal has been associated with a cognitive AI-based platform and startup. Meetal has also worked as a Technical Intern with irekommend, where she was part of a fast-paced, live project aimed at building a real-time candidate recommendation system using advanced NLP & AI techniques, empowering the existing recruitment system. Meetal has also worked as an AI Intern with the National University of Singapore, where she was involved in a project to combine facial expression with existing models for emotion recognition from speech and text, in order to enable full multi-modal emotion recognition. Her responsibilities included researching and comparing available libraries and code for emotion recognition, identifying suitable datasets for multi-modal emotion recognition, developing a model for multi-modal fusion, and training and testing that model. Meetal's technical skills include AI, product management, data science, mobile development, software engineering, ML, research science, recommendation systems, NLP, and testing. She is always keen on learning and applying new technologies to solve real-world problems.
