Meetu Mendiratta is a Java Developer at ITC, with over 5 years of experience in the field. She is known for turning people into bubble tea fanatics, thanks to her passion for the popular drink. Meetu has worked her way up from Associate IT Consultant to Senior Programmer, where she was responsible for effort estimation and solution design, customization of Flexplm modules as per business requirements, project monitoring, coordination between onsite and offshore teams, executing project management, accurately estimating project effort, defining project risks and appropriate actions to minimize these, and ensuring detailed business process review for on-time delivery. She has also worked on workflow changes and bug fixing, reports, Tech pack PDF customization, integration support of PLM with RMS ERP module, and was involved in build preparation and deployment activities. Meetu's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Amity University, a Digital Marketing course from Delhi School of Internet Marketing, and she attended Delhi Public School in her earlier years.
