She was previously a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner at Aloft, where she sourced candidates and quadrupled the technical team in just 9 months. She has also worked as a freelancer under her own company, Megan Burris, LLC. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Seattle University, where she graduated in 2017. She has a strong background in AI and is skilled in utilizing this technology to create compelling employee training, design unique digital experiences, and narrate audiobooks. Megan is a lover of food and dogs and believes in creating a fun and informative interview experience for candidates.
