Megan Majd is a seasoned Project Manager and Developer with over 9 years of experience in the construction industry. She is currently working at Ocean Point Development, Inc. as a Project Manager and Designer, where she is responsible for managing bidding, ordering, insurance, RFI's, client and subcontractor communication, and Buildertrend. Prior to her current role, Megan worked as an Owner Builder at Malibu, where she supervised 20+ subcontractors for the multi-million-dollar remodel of a 10,000+ sq. ft single-family home. She managed design, timeline, bidding, contracts, budget, ordering, and furnishing, and also performed and supervised concrete, framing, and roofing work. She also worked as a Superintendent at BIDD Construction Inc., where she oversaw, performed, and supervised multiple construction projects, including sound stages, residential projects, and commercial buildings, including two personal properties. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with Honors from the University of California, Berkeley, where she focused on International Human Rights and Environmental Policy. She also completed a Digital Marketing course at General Assembly in 2016. Megan's tech stack includes designer skills, which she has honed over the years, and she is proficient in using various design software. With her extensive experience and expertise in project management, Megan has proven to be a valuable asset to any team she works with.
