Megha Dixit is an experienced Senior Product Manager with over 16 years of experience in launching new products, enhancing existing product features, and driving strategic product/service initiatives across various domains. She is currently working as a Sr. Product Manager (Security) at Salesforce, where she is responsible for product management for Network Security services for public cloud offerings like AWS and GCP. Megha is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner with a decision-making, action-oriented, and results-focused approach, offering continuous product design improvements and customer relationships. She is also ITIL V3 Foundation certified and has a good understanding of Scrum and Agile methodology, with CSM & SaFe certifications. In her current role, Megha is responsible for implementing and enhancing the Secure Development Lifecycle for Salesforce Inc. and ensuring open source code usage in Salesforce products is vulnerability-free and adheres to Salesforce legal guidelines. She is also responsible for conception and launch of the Container scanning as a service in terms of defining specifications, execution, and adoption for Salesforce Products and Services. Megha works closely with security tool providers/vendors for feature updates and enhancements as a trusted advisor and a key influencer in the betterment of their products. She is responsible for protecting the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information and computing assets while enabling business productivity. Prior to joining Salesforce, Megha worked as a Technical Program Manager at NVIDIA, where she was responsible for end-to-end release planning and execution with respect to scope, timelines, and resources. She also worked as a Senior Specialist Release Manager/Program Manager at NICE, where she worked on SAAS release for Quality Management product for the call center portfolio. Megha has a BE degree in Electrical & Electronics from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya and completed her schooling from BCM School. Her technical skills include product management, Salesforce, AWS, CI/CD, product design, GCP, and integration.
