Megha Gupta is a Vice President at DBS Bank, where she is responsible for developing and growing business with large Indian multi-national companies in ASEAN. She has led and worked on large deals across the product spectrum, including capital markets (debt and equity), syndicated finance, M&A advisory, and general trade finance/cash management. Prior to joining DBS Bank, Megha was a Vice President of Investments & Strategy (Growth Equity) at tryb group, a growth-stage equity investor and operator of financial technology (fintech) companies in ASEAN. At tryb, she led the investment team and was responsible for investment origination, due diligence, negotiations and structuring, execution, monitoring, and value creation. Megha also worked as a Business Strategy Consultant at Schroders, where she led a strategic project for the 'Product and Global Financial Clients' team in Asia to craft the geographic expansion plans. Megha holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) at the University of Delhi, with a focus on finance and strategy. She also has a B.Tech in Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, and completed her high school education at Delhi Public School.
