Megha Gupta is a highly motivated and skilled Engineer currently pursuing a Master's in Data Analytics from San Jose State University. With over 5 years of relevant experience, she has developed a strong foundation in monitoring and troubleshooting Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, One Drive, and Skype for Business. She is also experienced in ITSM ticketing tool BMC Remedy and client handling. Megha's expertise extends to the implementation and administration of MS Office 365 and Hosted Exchange 2007 & 2010. She is proficient in configuring and troubleshooting email clients like Outlook 2010/2013/2016, Lync, Office web apps, OWA, and mobile device configuration. Her email filtering services experience includes hands-on experience on Mimecast, Proof Point, managing email security, filtering policies, sender & block list, etc. Previously, Megha worked as a Trainee at Vihaan Networks, where she made a project "Design and Implementation of Microstripline filter using Microwave office." Megha has a Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Manav Rachna University and a Senior Secondary School degree in Class 12 from D.S.V.N. She is expected to complete her Master's in Data Analytics in 2024. Megha's tech stack includes Mobile and Web.
