Megha Lal is a Director of HR at Graphy, a SaaS company. She is a TISS batch of 2012 graduate with over 9 years of holistic experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, PMS, HR strategy, Process improvement, Change Management, and Organization Design. Megha has previously worked as an Assistant Vice President of HR at Indusind Bank, where she gained extensive experience in Corporate hiring, HR analytics, and performance management. She has also worked as a Manager of HR at ACC Limited, where she was responsible for Talent Acquisition and Onboarding. Megha coordinated with businesses and performed a systematic assessment of talent requirements, facilitated offer closure and onboarding for new hires, and designed and launched a program for tier-1 MBA Management Trainees. As the PMS In-charge at corporate level, Megha liaised with businesses for finalizing KPIs and targets for all departments for annual appraisal. She ensured the achievement of targeted PMS compliance across locations, covering over 5000 employees. Megha also developed a Sales Force Incentive Scheme aimed at reducing attrition from the current high level of 10%.
