Meghali Phukan is a highly skilled and experienced Senior Test Lead with over 10 years of relevant experience in the industry. She is a Certified Scrum Master with a strong working knowledge of the Scrum framework and has actively been involved in all phases of the framework. Meghali is a hardworking, motivated, and goal-oriented individual with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Meghali has a good knowledge of manual testing skills and has expertise in automation testing using SOAP UI and Selenium Webdriver. She has experience in functional testing, regression testing, smoke testing, GUI testing, and webservices testing. Meghali is familiar with Test strategy, Test Plan, and Traceability Matrices. She has a strong knowledge of all phases of SDLC and Software testing life cycle (STLC). Meghali is well-versed with the Bug life cycle and has experience in Designing Test Cases, Verifying and Validating, and version control. Meghali has worked with various companies in the past, including amt-sybex and larsen & toubro, where she served as Test Lead and SQA, respectively. Currently, she is working as a Senior Test Lead at Jacobs, where she coordinates testing effort, responsible for test deliverables, status reporting to management, issue escalations, and analyzes bugs. Meghali has worked towards defect resolution and has helped her previous organization prevent 90% of the defects before moving the code into production. Meghali has a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from AIT, Bangalore. She completed her schooling from Delhi Public School, Digboi, Assam, and Carmel School, Digboi, Assam. Meghali has a working knowledge of SQL and Unix and is proficient in test, DevOps, SQL, Selenium, and UI. She has a strong ability to learn new technologies in a short span and implement them independently.
