Meghan Kulkarni is an accomplished GIS Developer with a keen interest in Cartography. She is currently employed at Mitchell Martin Inc. where she is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of ArcGIS Enterprise suite of products. With over 7 years of relevant experience, Meghan has honed her skills in SQL and software engineering, making her a valuable asset to any team. Meghan's expertise in GIS development was honed during her time at CentralSquare Technologies, where she served as a Geographic Information System Developer. She has also worked as an intern at the Town of Flower Mound, where she gained hands-on experience with Utility Services GIS Asset management. During her tenure, Meghan created Laterals(Service Lines) feature layer in Enterprise SDE (SQL Server) connecting to the main city wastewater pipeline. She also assisted Flower Mound's Utility Services team in creating/editing GIS assets such as Water Meters, Sanitary Sewer referencing AutoCAD files, and georeferencing back on ArcMap. Furthermore, she helped the Inspection team solve GPS accuracy issues by integrating external GNSS Receiver with Collector for ArcGIS. Meghan's academic background includes a Master's degree in Geographical Information Sciences from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the University of Pune. She also holds an Associate's degree in Computer Engineering from Government Polytechnic, Jalgaon, and completed her SSC at Bhagirath English School, Jalgaon, Maharashtra.
