Meghana Parwate is an accomplished Enterprise Agile Coach with over 22 years of experience in Agile Transformation of large and complex IT and ITeS organizations. She is a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC5) and a seasoned IT professional with rich experience in multiple on-shore/off-shore diverse global teams and roles in PMO. Meghana has successfully delivered projects/programs of variable team sizes with Agile-Scrums, Scrums-of-Scrums, and SAFe methodologies ranging from 1 to 20 scrum teams augmented with a blend of TDD and Continuous Integration techniques. She has trained close to 1000 participants in various Scaled Agile Framework workshops. Meghana has led several strategic transformation initiatives for Allstate worldwide, playing an integral role in internalizing Agile Coaching and formulating a standard assessment to ascertain Agile Process Maturity. She has strong experience in agile transformation in large, matrix, geographically dispersed, and virtual teams. Meghana is leading DevSecOps optimization and Lean Portfolio Implementations as Product Owner for Enterprise Agile Coaching and is involved in new process formulation as well as process redesign. As a program manager, Meghana has successfully led a 150+ people strong program team (agile release train) to deliver the next generation advanced visualization software with SAFe methodology with consistent 85%+ predictability every program increment. She has a high focus on technical project management with significant emphasis on NFRs together with functional project delivery. Meghana is well versed in modern software development practices such as Agile Software Engineering, XP, TDD, CI/CD, Domain-Driven Design. She has successfully led two ALM migrations to TFS and has profound knowledge of regulatory standards – US-FDA and EU-MDR. Meghana has authored articles and presentations on Agile-Scrums and LEAN in high profile conferences and events. Meghana has received several accolades, including management excellence award for managing high-business impacting global project delivery. She has coached, mentored, and trained several team members on Agile-Scrums, SAFe, LEAN, C# and soft skills.
