Mehak Mittal is a Product and Technology Enthusiast with a passion for solving real-life customer problems. At JPMorgan Chase & Co., Mehak is responsible for developing the Gaia marketplace, a cloud platform used by JP Morgan hosted applications. She is the owner of the Service Fabric management console, which helps onboard service providers and has identified customer pain points to enhance the onboarding experience. Mehak has reduced customer queries by 50% by providing a feature that helps service providers identify any issues in their onboarding step. She has also analyzed the insights drawn from the metrics recorded from the Grafana dashboards and helped figure out the issues in the system, saving 48+ hours of a person. Mehak has collaborated with stakeholders from product teams and application teams for requirements and onboarding and then created the necessary epic sheets and defined the individual user stories to work on. Prior to her role at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Mehak worked as a Software Development Intern at Fidelity and was a Member of the technical magazine of IITR, Geek Gazette.
