Mehak Oberoi is a highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst with a passion for finding insights in data that lead to actionable change. With a background in Mathematics and a post-graduation in Chemistry from IIT Madras, Mehak has developed a keen interest in analysis and finding solutions that challenge conventional approaches. Currently working at getmega, Mehak is a valuable member of the Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence Team. She is responsible for creating visual representations of finance summaries for investors, hosting governance with stakeholders, creating user behavior metrics, dashboards, and performing RCA. She also monitors and sets up alerts using Anodot and Python Data Warehousing design and pipeline creation, dealing with real-time data of active online players in games using BigQuery. Mehak also ensures quality assurance of data transfer and warehousing. Prior to her current role, Mehak worked as a Python Developer at datanstats, where she was responsible for data wrangling from various international news websites, automated data scraping, collecting headlines, dates, authors, and the body of articles for a defined time period using Python. She also performed data cleaning and EDA using Python on the data to gain insights. She also worked as an Associate Content Developer at Byju's, where she was an integral part of the VP of Content and Chief Content Officer team. She created 50+ scripts for video making, created 10 app-ready videos, developed interactive question creation, chapter outline, and curriculum development. Mehak has a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from IIT Madras, and she is currently pursuing an Executive PG Programme in Data Science from IIIT Bangalore. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Sciences from Motilal Nehru College - University of Delhi, and a Diploma of Education in Fashion/Apparel Design from Pearl Academy and NABA Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti. She also has a High School Diploma in Sciences from Bhatnagar International School - India. Mehak's technical skills include Python, test, and Senior Software Engineer. With 1.35 years of relevant experience, Mehak is a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst who is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow.
