Mehmood Khan is a seasoned engineering leader with over 18 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. He has worked with some of the most reputed names in Gaming, eCommerce, Cloud, and Finance domains. Mehmood is an expert in architecture, design, management, and implementation of robust, highly scalable, low latent, high throughput, multi-threaded, micro-service architecture based large enterprise applications in Java and Open Source technologies. Mehmood has a passion for learning newer technologies, imbibe global best practices, inculcate a culture of high-performance, and cascade ownership, ethics & discipline amongst organizations associated with. He is a result-oriented decisive leader and a persuasive communicator with exceptional relationship management skills. Prior to this, he was the Director of Engineering at Ola, where he built products and features for the lending business at Ola Money. Before that, he was the Director of Engineering at Junglee, where he was part of engineering leadership heading Howzat (fantasy gaming platform), Solitaire Gold (real money version of Solitaire game), and an in-house cohort-based platform to enable A/B testing and elevate & enhance gaming experience and journey of users. Mehmood holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Intrumentation & Control from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, a Diploma in Advanced Computing from CDAC, and completed his Junior College from Swami Vivekanand College, Kolhapur, and High School from St. Xavier's High School, Kolhapur.
