Mehrdad Koohian is a Principal Solutions Engineer at Revenue Solutions, Inc (RSI), with over 22 years of relevant experience in the field of data engineering, SQL architecture, and ETL development. He has an innate ability and willingness to take ownership of projects to establish accountability, which has helped him lead several successful database projects in the past. Mehrdad has extensive experience in database project lead roles, ETL development, and ETL process streamlining. He has proven expertise in database and disparate data-source integration, database architecture, and data warehousing. One of his notable achievements includes leading a large database project at LAUSD surveying 900+ schools and building the supporting application and infrastructure from the ground up. Apart from his technical skills, Mehrdad is also a self-motivated individual with a drive for excellence. He is an effective communicator and has a positive attitude, making him easy to work with. Currently, Mehrdad is working as a Data Engineer/Lead ETL Developer at Gold Coast Health Plan, where he is responsible for designing and building enterprise-level applications with .NET (C/C#) front end and SQL backend.
