Mehtaab Singh is a passionate Software Engineer at PayPal with a strong background in Computer Vision and Machine Learning applications. He developed an interest in this field during his time at IIIT Hyderabad, where he attended R&D showcases and began studying more about it in his first year. Despite having no related courses or electives, Mehtaab dedicated his time after completing his graded academics to learn about this field. Now in his third year, he has acquired a lot of knowledge, but he always feels like he is learning something new every day. Mehtaab is a firm believer in continuous learning and self-improvement. He feels better not when he knows about a hundred different things, but when he gets to learn ten new things. With his passion for research and development, Mehtaab is always up for a challenge and eager to explore new ideas. With 2.20 years of relevant experience, Mehtaab has honed his skills in Software Engineering, Computer Vision, ML, Research Science, and Image Segmentation. He has previously worked as a Software Engineer Intern at PayPal and as an Honours student in Computer Vision at CVIT Lab at IIIT Hyderabad, where he is currently working on lung image segmentation. Mehtaab holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from IIIT Hyderabad, where he is expected to graduate in 2021. He also attended St. John's High School in Chandigarh before pursuing his degree. Mehtaab's technical expertise and passion for learning make him an asset to any team.
